When Daddy had tickets to see The Muppets live at the O2 Arena in London, there was only one logical thing to do…overnight stay with the Brazier family!
We traveled down on the Thursday and were to be staying at Great Granny’s house whilst she was away in France, it was perfect timing really as we got to stay in a familiar environment, with the dog and didn’t have to impose on anybody. On the Friday, Mummy took a train to Norfolk to see her old friend, leaving Daddy to take care of me, so of course, it was a trip to Granny’s house. After a hearty breakfast and some playing I got to meet Granny’s neighbours Ron and his daughter Kate and her children too! For lunch, Daddy took me to Georges Hall where I met Daddy’s old friend Ben who made me laugh so hard, I thought the water was going to come out of my nose!
Later that afternoon we took another trip, this time to see Great Uncle Mark and Great Auntie Christine, we had a sit and a chat in the sunshine and I was given a present, a lovely monogrammed towel! Great Uncle Mark showed me his sprinklers which looked so fun and Great Auntie Chris sang to me so I stole her sparkly necklace.
Feeling really sleepy, it was time to pick up Mummy again and we headed back for dinner and our beds. The next day, Beau and I spent all day with Granny while Mummy and Daddy went on their trip and the day after we headed back home. I was really well behaved and so was Beau. It was definitely something I’d do again.
